Has anyone out there gone to any of those companies that offer relief from credit card debt? And if so, what was your experience? I’ve already done some research and do know this much,, if you haven’t been out of work for at least a good year or more the banks won’t hold much sympathy for you

I have around $10,000 in debt, mostly credit card debt. I do not know what route to take to bail ME out. Should I file bankruptcy, get a loan, or go with one of these credit card debt relief agencies

I was told that in the year I would have a credit consolidation that I should file a #982 form. This will do what for me?
